Alaska Youth Rugby
With over 700 players signed up for local play in Alaska and touring sides which play around the world, Alaska Youth Rugby oversees male and female players from 5 years old to 18 years old. Teams practice year-round at indoor and outdoor facilities and follow USA Rugby youth progression models.
Alaska Rugby Union
With over 11 Men’s and Women’s teams across Alaska, the Alaska Rugby Union is the governing body for rugby in Alaska. Players and teams include absolute beginners, Olympic and semi-professional players, and all sizes and shapes in between. The Alaska Rugby Union is also home to the Oosiks, the touring side for players “of a certain vintage”, and is the point of contact for teams touring to Alaska from around the globe.
Alaska Referee Society
Think of the refs as a slightly weirder, more diverse (in age, gender, and beverage proclivities), and more vision-challenged rugby club with a tendency to blow every game. Everyone loves the Sirs, and they’d love you to be one.
